API & Bulk Upload & Automatically Award Points
Our bulk upload functionality allows point transaction files to be securely uploaded to the platform at a frequency that suits you, at which point the system will automatically update all user accounts and trigger an email notification informing participants of their newly updated points balance. Alternatively leverage our API to automate the sending of sales data and points conversation. If the API connection is not a viable option for you then send us your sales data files via an SFTP (a GDPR compliant way to securely transfer sensitive data) on an agreed frequency and then let the platform automatically calculate all the revenue to points conversions, issue points to users accounts and trigger email notifications. Request Points
For certain use cases there could be a need to have users 'request' points by submitting a claim in the system. If you need users to reference a specific serial number / transaction ID, software key, DNS number, IMEI number, contract number or similar we can easily configure this for you. This unique number or alpha / numeric reference can be automatically matched against the database within the platform and points will be automatically awarded. Alternatively, you, as the programme manager can review these claims and approve or decline as appropriate.
Add & Remove User Points
Programme managers can easily manage user data, access points transactional data with the ability to manually add, deduct, expire and award bonus points as you see fit. You can simply add a reason to the transaction so that users can be kept informed.
Rewards Catalog
Our super easy to navigate reward catalogue provides you with the ability to add gift vouchers or in fact add your rewards. (Think company branded merchandise/gifts)
Programme managers can receive order updates so that you fulfil on your side or have us provide eGift reward fulfilment on your behalf. (10% admin fee applies)
